Delete account
Rabattli provides deletion directly in the app and an email request path.
Request deletion by emailIn the app
- Open Rabattli and sign in to the account.
- Go to the More tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the identity in the app and request the deletion code by email.
- Enter the code in the app and confirm deletion.
The app does not accept another account ID. Only the currently signed-in account is deleted.
By email
If the app is no longer available, deletion can be requested by email to info@rabattli.ch. The message should include the email address of the Rabattli account.
What is deleted
- Account, email address, sign-in data and account session.
- Alerts, match events, saved search rules and push devices.
- Usage events for monthly limits and protection features.
- Links between anonymous app token and account.
What remains separate
Local app data on the device, such as favorites or cached offers, can be removed through the device system settings. Legally required operations, security or abuse records may be retained as long as necessary for that purpose.
