Privacy

Rabattli is the app and brand name. The service is operated by Galvezia Engineering GmbH, Waldeckweg 19, 3053 Münchenbuchsee, Switzerland. Privacy and support requests can be sent to info@rabattli.ch.
Principle
Rabattli processes only the data required for app features, accounts, alerts, notifications, monthly limits, technical security and support. Rabattli does not sell personal data, does not use advertising tracking SDKs and does not use personal data for third-party advertising.
Account and app data
- For an account, Rabattli stores email address, account ID, language, country, creation/update timestamps and secure sign-in data.
- For anonymous use, Rabattli stores a random technical app token to recognize sessions, monthly limits and security rules.
- For alerts, Rabattli stores search or offer rules, match events, status and notification data.
- For push notifications, Rabattli stores push device tokens and technical device data if notifications are enabled.
- For monthly limits, security and abuse protection, Rabattli stores usage events such as searches, offer views, opened sources, timestamps, technical identifiers, IP address and browser or app information in server logs.
Purposes
Rabattli uses this data to show cached Rabattli offers, create and protect accounts, manage alerts, send push notifications, apply monthly limits and technical protections, investigate errors and answer support requests.
Sharing and service providers
Rabattli does not share personal data with advertising partners and does not sell personal data. Data may be transferred to service providers that process it for Rabattli, for example hosting and server operations, email delivery and push notifications through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
When a user intentionally opens a retailer source or uses a sharing feature, that action leaves Rabattli's control. The privacy rules of the selected destination or app then apply.
Security
Rabattli transmits app and account data over HTTPS. Sign-in data is protected and is not stored openly. Access to production systems and logs is limited to the people and purposes necessary for operations, security and support.
What Rabattli does not collect
Rabattli does not require name, postal address, phone number, contacts, location access, photos, camera, microphone or payment data for the free app launch.
Local device data
The app may store favorites, settings and offer data locally. This data remains on the device until app data is removed in system settings or the app is deleted.
Delete account
An account can be deleted in the app in the More tab. The flow requires an active sign-in and a deletion code by email. Deletion can also be requested by email to info@rabattli.ch.
When an account is deleted, Rabattli deletes the account, email address, sign-in data, account session, alerts, match events, push devices, monthly-limit usage events and links between the anonymous app token and the account. Local app data on the device remains separate and can be removed through the device system settings. Legally required operations, security or abuse records may be retained as long as necessary for that purpose.
